**1. Scope** — These terms govern every sale and use of Be Track products and services, ordered via our site or distribution channels.
**2. Products and availability** — Offers are subject to available stock. Product descriptions and visuals are indicative. Be Track reserves the right to update or discontinue a product at any time.
**3. Prices** — Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of VAT for retail orders. Shipping is free within mainland France above €99. Business orders (excluding VAT) are invoiced with applicable VAT at checkout.
**4. Installation** — Self-installation takes under five minutes using the included tutorial. A home installation service is available via our certified partner network (€318).
**5. Subscription** — Use of the Be Track platform requires an active subscription. The first 30 days are free; no commitment.
**6. Vehicle warranty** — The customer is responsible for verifying that tracker installation does not void the manufacturer warranty of the vehicle it is fitted to.
**7. SIM card** — A SIM replacement requested from Be Track is billed €35 plus VAT.
**8. Withdrawal** — 14-day right of withdrawal on retail orders from the date of receipt. Devices must be returned undamaged, in original packaging.
**9. Liability** — Be Track is not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by network outages beyond our control.
**10. Data** — We process personal data in line with our privacy policy. See /page/privacy for details.
**11. Jurisdiction** — Contracts are governed by Monegasque law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Monaco.
